Welcome to Peak Pickleball Co. By visiting peakpickle.co and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please give them a read.

Using our site

By using this Site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or our products without our written permission.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products, colors, and details accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows them perfectly. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product at any time. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order even if it's already been placed.

Orders

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel and refund an order we suspect is fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

Events, demos, and tickets

Registrations for demo sessions, round robins, raffles, and fundraiser events are subject to the terms listed on each event and are generally final sale. If an event is canceled by us, we'll refund registrations for that event.

Play safely

Pickleball is a sport, and sports carry risk. You're responsible for using our products safely and playing within your own limits. Peak Pickleball Co. isn't liable for injury resulting from use of our products or participation in our events, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our products and Site are provided "as is." Peak Pickleball Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
