Shipping Policy

We ship the good stuff from Southern California to courts near and far.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, so orders placed then head out the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. domestic orders. This is our base method — usually USPS Ground — and it's the most economical, so it's also the slowest. Need it sooner? You can upgrade to a faster method at checkout, with the exact cost calculated for your order and destination. Typical ground delivery runs 3–8 business days once shipped; upgraded methods are faster and the estimate shows at checkout.

International shipping

Yes, we ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order, and delivery times vary by country — typically 7–21 business days once shipped, though customs can add time.

Heads up on customs: import duties, taxes, and fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. They're not included in your order total or shipping cost, and they're collected by your local carrier or customs office on delivery. We can't predict or control these charges.

Lost, stuck, or wrong address

Once a package leaves us it's in the carrier's hands, but we're not going to leave you stranded — if tracking goes quiet or something looks off, email peakpickleballco@gmail.com and we'll help chase it down. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
